Step 2 – Detailed Quote with Plans & Inclusions

We prepare draft drawings so you can clearly visualise your renovation before committing.

Your quote outlines exactly what is included — and what isn’t — so there’s no confusion about scope or value. Every component is documented clearly, right down to the finer details.

Step 3 – Fixed-Price Contract

Once your plans and scope are approved, we provide a fixed-price contract.

No vague allowances.
No unexpected variations later.

Just a clear agreement before work begins.

Step 4 – Materials Ordered & Scheduled

After contracts are signed, materials are ordered and your project is scheduled into our production system.

Everything is organised before installation begins, so timelines stay controlled.

Step 5 – 8-Week Production Timeline

From the time your contract is signed, your renovation moves through a structured 8-week production schedule.

You’ll always know what stage your project is at — and what comes next.

Step 6 – Installation & Handover

Our team coordinates all trades and manages installation from start to finish.

We stay in communication throughout the process, ensuring everything is delivered as agreed before final handover.
